New Patients
We are always welcoming new patients to our office. Your first visit as a new patient will be with Dr. Wendell for a comprehensive exam and xrays. If you are coming to us from another office and believe you have current xrays, please be sure to have them forwarded to us or bring them with you. If you are unable to do so, please be prepared to have them taken at your appointment. The xrays are a very important diagnostic tool and will help the doctor in determining your dental needs.
Payment
Payment types accepted: Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also offer financing through Care Credit and in-house financial arrangements.
Insurance
Our practice accepts most major dental insurance company benefits and we are preferred providers for Altus, Guardian PPO, Delta Dental Premier plans and Blue Cross/Blue Shield Dental Blue. We strongly urge you to learn the details of your individual insurance plan. We will work with you to maximize your dental benefits, and we offer a variety of options to make any treatment not covered by your insurance affordable.
Cancellation Policy
We will always respect your time, and our team will make every effort to schedule appointments that accommodate the needs of all our patients. In return, we ask that our patients make every effort to keep their reserved dental appointments. When a patient appointment is broken or an appointment is missed, it creates scheduling challenges for other patients as well as our dental office.
Our dental office may charge a fee for cancellations or appointment failures without 24 hours notice. We understand that emergencies and personal situations do arise, so after a series of two failed or broken appointments outside the 24 hour guideline, a charge may be applied to your account before an appointment can be rescheduled.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to best serve the needs of all our patients.
Patients Under 18
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. If one cannot be present, please call the office prior to the appointment to update their information and grant permission for them to be treated.
